Denied Counsel & Parental Alienation

Have you ever considered how hard it would be to get an attorney to represent you against another attorney? Now consider that this attorney happens to be the sitting VP of the NC Bar Association.

She wanted to pick my attorney

This was her email:

I reached out to a bunch of law firms to request counsel for this case, only to be denied for the reasons of conflict of interests. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a lawyer to go up against another Family Lawyer who also happens to be the sitting VP of the NC Bar Association?

I will continue to try and find a law firm to represent me in this case. I wish I had documented all of the firms that refused to take the case from the beginning so that I could prove that I made an impressive effort to find one.

Parental Alienation

My daughter has stated that she doesn’t want to move in with me for 50/50 custody because her mother will take away her horseback riding if she does. I only have her verbal statement as proof, but if this is the truth, it is down right evil.

She has also said that she doesn’t want to live with me because I am poor and her mother has all the money. Since I have not been able to address these issues in court, this hurts more than I ever imagined.

The most recent evidence of this is a conversation I had with her about not being able to chauffeur her around because I couldn’t afford the gas after her mother cut off the credit card agreed upon in the separation contract. She has her own daughter convinced that she is above the law.
